New York School Tour February 2014

In February, a group of thirty three students along with six teachers travelled to New York for a tour of a lifetime. They visited all of the must see attractions including the Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, Time Square, American Museum of Natural History and much more. Next Easter 2015, a group of students and teachers will travel to New York for another school tour. A number of places are still available and if anyone is interested they can contact Mr. Breen or Mrs. Lalor. The tour may be paid in weekly instalments.
Italy School Tour October 2013

44 Students and 5 Teachers jetted off to Venice on Thursday, 24th of October. The first days itinerary included a tour of the city of Venice. That evening we checked into our hotel in Lido Di Jesolo. The following morning we visited Lake Garda. After lunch we visited the city of Verona. Saturday was the most anticipated day for the group as we arrived in the theme park of Gardaland. Both students and teachers got on the rides and everyone enjoyed the day immensely. After our visit to Gardaland, we headed for our next hotel in Montecatini. We went to Florence on Sunday and had a guided tour of the city. We then had time to ramble the streets and markets of Florence and pick up some presents. The final day was jammed packed as we visited Pisa and Parma before heading to Milan to fly back to Dublin for some well earned sleep.

Seville School Tour October 2013

On Saturday, November 2nd Ms Murphy, Mr Smith and Ms Cardoza accompanied 28 students to Seville-Spain.
On arrival at the Hotel Murillo everyone change into shorts and t-shirts as the weather
was a warm 240. We then went on a walking tour of the Seville Old Town before returning
to the hotel for dinner and a good night sleep.
On Sunday we spent the entire day in the “Isla Mágica” Them Park, the students loved it. You can never have too many adventure rides.
On Monday we set off on a 3 hours bus ride to Granada and a visit to the Alhambra Palace which is a world heritage site. It was magnificent dating back to 750 a.d.
On Tuesday we travelled to Malaga and we had a guided tour of the city we of visited the beach. The weather was beautiful but there was no time for swimming as our plane awaited We arrived back in Kildare that night tired but having really enjoyed our Spanish adventure.
