Mental Health Awareness Week

22-October-20
Mental Health Awareness Week

As part of Mental health awareness month, student survival kits were distributed to first year students to acknowledge their transition from primary to second level school and to affirm that” when things are not going right that there is always a new day to start afresh”

The student survival kits contained the following items, each representing a key message for everyone.

  • Plaster- to cover up any mistakes, nobody is perfect.
  • Eraser- to remind you that everyone makes mistakes and that’s okay.
  • Coloured pencil -to make your day bright and colourful.
  • Paper clip -You hold everything Balloon: to help you reach for the sky together so well.
