It was College Awareness week in KTCS this week.
Students participated in a quiz where the first students to tell a member of the College Awareness committee about where individual teachers went to University received a prize. The winners were:
1st winner - Caitlyn McGannon
2nd year - Oisin Ures Maher
3rd year - Adam Pasaila
5th year - Rory McGrath
6th year - Lawrence Wu and Thomas McCullach
Posters of where teachers went to third level were displayed in each of the satellite schools in KTCS and students are being encouraged to ask their teachers about their college experiences. A huge thank you to teachers for sharing their experiences of over 25 different colleges with the students and helping to promote a college going culture in the school.
