Athlone Institute Of Technology
We had a guest speaker in from Athlone IT today to give us advice and information about courses, facilities and college life. We found out a lot of information we didn’t know before especially the wide variety of courses available in the college. There’s three main faculties which are Business and Hospitality , Engineering & Informatics, and Science and Health. Walking into the talk I didn’t know much about Athlone IT and had little interest in pursuing a career there because I didn’t think there was anything there for me but the more the speaker talked about it and the courses available here I realized the college is more than interesting and has more facilities than I expected and I’d be open to going there.
Athlone IT is on the path to becoming Ireland’s first Technical University.
